Shipping Policy

 

We ship all items from Hong Kong and Australia. You will receive an email with your tracking information and you can track it accordingly. The shipping fee applied for orders below USD 50, and FREE shipping for orders USD 50 and above. Your order will be delivered in 7-21 business days for International shipping, while between 3- 10 business days for local deliveries.

  • A shipping fee will apply if your minimum purchase amount falls below USD 50 after discounts

  • We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays.

  • Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather condition.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

What is the return and exchange policy?

 

All our products are non- refundable but is ex-changeble, for defective and incorrect items shipped. We have a 14-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms & conditions:-

  • Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

 

For returns, please contact info@bloop-asia.com with your order number and information on the affected item, photos of affected items are also welcome, you will also receive a return number to make the returns. Returned items must meet the requirements above. Refund is only applicable if an item is out of stock.
